Solid state reaction between strontium-calcium bithmutates and MgCu3O4 magnesium cuprate was investigated in order to determine the conditions of formation of the bulk composites HTSC/non-superconductor. It was shown, that the products are B*2Sr2CaCu2O8+x superconducting phase and MgCuxO solid solution. The superconducting properties of such ceramic are similar to the ones of the ceramic obtained from strontium-calcium bithmutates and copper oxide by the same route.
